When we learn how to notice our mind and actively choose our thoughts, we start developing a mind state known as ‘cognitive flexibility’. In this mind state we are more present and engaged with others, less stressed and reactive, better at decision-making and more adaptable at work and in life.

Workshop 2 Emotional Expansion

Manage burnout, increase resilience, improve decision-making and go deeper in your relationships.

The experience of complex emotional states connects us to the best and worst parts of being human. Without the proper tools for supporting and optimising our emotional states, we often rely on distractions, substances and other unhealthy behaviours to cope. This keeps us on emotional auto-pilot, often in a prolonged fight or flight response, and can lead to chronic states of anxiety, depression and burnout.

This session will help you switch off emotional autopilot, deepening your emotional regulation and intelligence. Using simple, science-backed tools, you’ll learn how to work with difficult emotions, make healthier decisions and be a better friend to yourself, your colleagues and your loved ones.

Workshop 3 Team Expansion
