Hi Michelle! You found us! Yes, all the practices can be found in the clear mind library – click on the icon on the main members page and it will take you to playlists of all the past practices. Let me know if you have any trouble finding them! Cheers and welcome! Emily x

Hi Jenny,

You can a photo by going to the top-right corner of your page that says, “Howdy, Jennifer”

Click on Edit Profile
Scroll down to the AVATAR section.
Choose image and then upload.
