Hi. I’m a nationally registered Clinical Psychologist with a research background in Behavioural Neuroscience and Positive Psychology from The University of Melbourne.
My expertise lies in the delivery of tailored wellbeing talks, workshops and content that is relaxed, relevant, and research-based.
I have delivered talks for all kinds of audiences from exec boards, to athletes, accountants, lawyers and health professionals, to teachers, activists and musicians. Every session, although tailored to a specific audience, has essentially the same aim – to help you understand how your inner wellbeing is the key to happiness and success in your outer world. I achieve this through sharing personal stories, science-based knowledge and practices, and by having some laughs along the way. We retain more, are less defensive and are more receptive to new information when we are happy and relaxed – so joy, laughter and connection are not a bonus, they are part of the learning process.
I have had the privilege of working with some brilliant organisations dedicated to improving the wellbeing of their people and community, including collaborating with ANZ and Deloitte on their organisation’s mindfulness strategies and roll out, as well as partnering with the legends at Medibank to help all Australians eat, move and feel better as part of their Live Better At Home initiative.

In 2019, I expanded into the field of Ecological Psychology, pivoting to use my knowledge of human behaviour and behavioural neuroscience to help people transition through the current worldwide narrative of environmental denial, grief and despair into centred states of motivated action for our earth with the creation of a series of online courses and in person workshops.

The more people in a room, the better. The more sceptical a person, the better the moment the penny drops and they become the biggest supporter in the room. There are few things more meaningful to me than the feeling of a present room (or screen!) of people connecting over shared ideas.
