I’m a nationally registered clinical psychologist with a research background in behavioural neuroscience and positive psychology.
I have worked with executive boards, to athletes, accountants, lawyers and health professionals, to teachers, activists and artists. No matter who you are, every session has essentially the same aim – to help you understand how inner wellbeing creates happiness and success in the outer world.
